Cyberostracism: Might be useful for some of you?

Found a little bit of work on the effects of ostracism in social setting which take place online.  I really just skimmed it but it sounds like it might be of use for anyone doing social media or cyberbullying work.

I think there’s more work out there as well, I just grabbed this one as an example.

Hi Steve – good find! I just did a minor edit and hopefully the link I put in works – it is the link from the Swinburne library rather than posting the PDF itself which I know is much more useful for us, but unfortunately breaks copyright. If you’re using Ebscohost, there is something called a Permalink down on the righthand side menu that gets you the link.

Ah thanks. I’ll remember to link things like that in the future.

Louise- this might be relevant to your proposed model and particularly the need for attention.
