Some things we should be thinking about as psychologists – these are the free versions of discussion on the topic of “Saving Normal”, the book I’ve been banging on about that is highly critical of DSM-V and the medicalisation, overdiagnosis and overprescribing of drugs for psychological or psychiatric “conditions”.
It is important that we can argue coherently about these issues rather than just saying that we don’t like DSM V.
